JPJ Premier Motors is a used-vehicle dealership located at 8934 E Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. In this policy, “JPJ Motors,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the dealership operating this website.

The current website is designed for visitors who browse or compare vehicles, view vehicle details, contact the dealership, use the installable PWA experience, or submit a test-drive request. A customer account is not required for those current features.

Our Terms of Use govern use of the website.

Contact and test-drive requests

Depending on the form you use, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, message, selected vehicle, preferred test-drive date and time, and other information you voluntarily include.

Direct communications and dealership visits

If you call, email, WhatsApp, visit the dealership or otherwise communicate with us, we may keep the contact information and correspondence reasonably needed to respond, schedule a visit and maintain appropriate dealership records.

When you use the website, our hosting, security, caching, email and website systems may process limited technical information such as:

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system and user-agent information;
• requested pages, referring page, access times, errors and basic server logs;
• security, form-validation, anti-spam and temporary rate-limit information; and
• basic vehicle-page or feature activity used to operate and improve site functions.

Where abuse prevention or duplicate-count protection is used, technical identifiers may be transformed or limited so they can serve that operational purpose without being displayed publicly as identifying information.

The website and the services that support it may use cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies for essential and operational purposes, including form protection, comparison behavior, performance/caching, preferences and the PWA install experience.

The JPJ Motors Progressive Web App may use a service worker, manifest and browser-stored install state so the site can behave more like an installed app. Installing the PWA does not by itself create a dealership account or give JPJ Premier Motors access to your personal files, contacts or messages.

You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, but some website features may then work differently or need to be reconfigured.

We may use website information to:

• respond to vehicle questions and other inquiries;
• receive, arrange and confirm test-drive requests or dealership visits;

• to providers supporting hosting, security, caching/CDN delivery, website maintenance, email delivery and similar operations;

• in connection with a lawful sale, merger, restructuring or transfer of the dealership or relevant assets.

Service providers may process information for the services they perform or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

The website may link to or display services operated by other companies, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, email applications, social platforms, vehicle-history resources or future purchase/financing services. When you load an embed or follow an external link, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, the page you visited and information you choose to provide.

Those services have their own privacy policies and controls. JPJ Premier Motors does not control how an independent third party handles information after you use that provider’s service.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate dealership, security, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal requirements.

• Contact and test-drive information may be retained long enough to respond, schedule, follow up and maintain appropriate dealership records.
• Temporary security or rate-limit identifiers may expire automatically after their operational period.
• Server, backup, email and security records may remain for limited operational or retention cycles before deletion or replacement.
• Transaction records may be retained longer when required by law or normal dealership recordkeeping obligations.

We use safeguards appropriate to the website information we handle, including HTTPS transport, access controls, request validation, form nonces, input validation, anti-spam/honeypot techniques and rate limiting. Hosting, backups, software and service-provider controls also support website operations.

No website, email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Use caution and do not send highly sensitive information through general forms, ordinary email or WhatsApp.

• Browser storage: use your browser settings to clear, block or limit cookies and local storage.
• External services: use the privacy/settings controls offered by Google, WhatsApp or another third party.
• Contact preferences: tell us if you no longer want a non-transactional follow-up where applicable.
• Access, correction or deletion: contact us using the details below. Requests may require reasonable identity verification and are subject to applicable law and records we are legally or reasonably required to keep.

This dealership website is intended for a general audience interested in vehicles and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

JPJ Premier Motors may add new website features over time. If we later activate an inventory-update subscription, customer-account feature or another service that materially changes the information we collect, this policy should be updated before that feature is relied on for production use.

A general website question about financing is not an online credit application. If JPJ Premier Motors later offers a secure credit or financing process, additional identity information, lender disclosures, authorizations and a separate financial privacy notice may apply. Those future transaction-specific notices would supplement this website policy.

We may update this policy when website features, service providers, dealership practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current posted version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
